2. Accounts

Accurate information required. One account per person. Must be 18+.

3. Subscription Plans

• Basic €19/mo: 10 competitors, 1 viewer
• Pro €29/mo: 15 competitors, 3 viewers, comparison
• Max €49/mo: 25 competitors, unlimited viewers, real-time alerts

14-day free trial on Pro. Cancel anytime via settings or Stripe portal.

4. Acceptable Use

No harassment, reverse-engineering, credential sharing, illegal use, reselling data, or manipulating AI.

5. Intellectual Property

Service IP is ours. News articles belong to publishers. AI analyses are for your internal use. Your data remains yours.

6. Service Availability

Daily intelligence gathering at 06:00 UTC. Weekly briefings on Mondays. No guaranteed uptime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is." Not liable for business decisions based on our data. Total liability limited to 12 months of fees paid.

8. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify critical intelligence independently.

9. Termination

Cancel anytime. We may terminate for violations. Data deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

Laws of Spain. Courts of Barcelona.
