• Account Information: email address, company name, industry, payment info (processed by Stripe).
• Competitor Data: competitor names, websites, descriptions you provide.
• Usage Data: anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used).
• Cookies: essential cookies for authentication only. No advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Service, process payments, send intelligence briefings and alerts, improve AI accuracy, respond to support.

3. Data Processing & AI

We use Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini to analyze publicly available news. We send competitor names, industry context, and article snippets. We do NOT send your personal or financial data to AI providers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe (payments)
• Supabase (database/auth)
• Resend (email)
• Anthropic & Google (AI analysis)
• Serper.dev (web search)

5. Data Retention

Data retained while account is active. Removed within 30 days of account deletion.

6. Security

HTTPS, Supabase Auth, encrypted Stripe payments, secure managed databases.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Not intended for users under 18.
